Decreased Availability of Nitric Oxide and Hydrogen Sulfide is a Hallmark of COVID-19
Dr. Gopi Kolluru from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport, USA will join the Paris Redox 2021 Congress which will be held on October 12-14, 2021.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), the recent global outbreak, affected millions of people. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by SARS-CoV-2 is increasingly associated with cardiovascular complications. Nitric oxide (NO) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) that play key regulatory roles in cardiovascular functions. Dr. Kolluru will discuss about the mechanisms underlying these complications, and the association of these gasotransmitters with COVID-19 in an age, race, sex and co-morbidities based manner.
