Special Session on Reactive Sulfide Species, Oxidative Stress and Redox Regulation-Modulation

antioxidants-sessions-1The Scientific Committee of Paris Redox 2017 is honoured to welcoming four international speakers to present the recent research on Oxidative Stress, Redox Regulation-Modulation and Redox-Active Agents.

The general Introduction about the relation between H2S, mitochondria and microbiota will be presented by Frédéric Bouillaud, Institut Cochin, INSERM, France.

Pr Kenneth Olson, Indiana University School of Medicine, USA will continue with a presentation about the metabolism of reactive sulfide species by "classical" antioxidants mechanisms: a parallel or predominant system? More information here.

After that, Martin Feelisch from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom will talk about Integrating the chemical biology of Reactive Oxygen, Nitrogen and Sulfur Species: opportunities for redox signaling and precision medicine. More information here.

To conclude, Harry van Goor from the University Medical Center Groningen, The Netherlands will discuss about the Redox signalling predicts disease progression and patient survival in various conditions. More information here.

If you would like to present a short talk in this session, please don't hesitate to submit your abstract on www.isanh.net
