H2S in 2018: Special Session on Reactive Sulfide Species, Oxidative Stress and Redox Regulation-Modulation

H2S in 2018-Special SessionDuring Paris Redox 2018 congress, one strategic session will be dedicated to H2S: Reactive Sulfide Species, Oxidative Stress and Redox Regulation-Modulation.

In this session, several speakers will succeed:

Pr Kenneth Olson, Indiana University School of Medicine, USA will give a presentation about Redox Metabolism of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) and Reactive Sulfide Species (RSS): Emerging concepts in cell signaling and therapeutic applications. More information here.

After that, Prof. Martin Feelisch from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom will talk about the significance and regulation of the extracellular thiol redox status.

Prof. Frédéric Bouillaud, Institut Cochin, INSERM, France will talk about the Interaction of sulfide with cellular bioenergetics a first/last step in redox signaling?

Prof. Harry van Goor from the University Medical Center Groningen, The Netherlands will discuss about the Redox signalling predicts disease progression and patient survival in various conditions. More information here.

To conclude, Prof. David Giedroc, from Indiana University Bllominghton, USA will give a new strategic presentation about proteome s-sulfhydration and oxygen sulfide (H2S) homeostasis in bacterial pathogens.

If you would like to present a short talk in this session, please don't hesitate to submit your abstract on www.isanh.net
